Crystal Star Heartease HBP
Though a recommendation, a few years, back with another family member who is challenged with high blood pressure, I bought the book written by Linda Paige Ph.D. In her extensive book entitled Healthy Healing which covered many subjects, I found more detailed info on this product for natural blood pressure support. I have been taking it religiously for about 3 years, now. I take one after my morning and evening meal, and found I have been able to maintain with supplements, diet and exercise the ability with my doctor over-seeing my regime the ability to reduce meds back to just one. To me that's a major progressive step forward.

I always try on shoes in store with a protective sock then now can bring my purchase home and stray them inside for better protection.

What a GREAT Book
I can not stop talking about the movie that is a great accompliment to the book. I wished that this had been available years ago. This book will be passed on to my granddaughter so she will be better prepared for life and relationships.
