As advertised
Very comfortable, easily moved and adjusted. Have not used massage feature except to check it out where it performed very well.

Missing feature
This records well and couples with a Dragon program on a PC running windows 10. It transcribes accurately. However, the absence of a voice activating feature makes auditing more difficult than it would be absent the voice gaps.
