Ok, but needs a cushion (outdoor preferably)
Good value for teak with a finished edge all the way around, I guess. I bought this to leave just outside of the cheap tub I'm stuck using because the ledge is only about 1 inch wide and can't be sat on to dry my feet on the way out of the tub. However the sharp edges of the slats of the seat itself dug into (and stuck to) me, so I had to put a thin outdoor cushion on it. Also, opening and closing it is stiff, but it's starting to get a little better.

Great look with slacks.
These look great with slacks. As expected, there is no cushioning in the insoles, which is why I ordered a half size up for inserting cushioned inserts. Since the heels are slightly taller than is comfortable for me, and the toe area is roomy enough, I wound up inserting 2 inexpensive foam ball of foot pads per shoe and one thin gel heel pad per shoe. That worked out nicely for me. (I find the inserts that I used in the shoe section of Walmart.)

Beginners workout
2 of 2 found this helpful If you are a beginner like me, make sure to do some warm-up stretches beforehand, and start at ONLY two (2) minutes. Then do some more stretches afterward. You're whole body will be sore for a couple of days. (Pain medicine helps.) But go ahead and use it every other day. I'm sticking to the 2 minute workouts every other day for 2 weeks. I'll increase the workouts to 3 minutes for at least one week, possibly 2, and one minute increases thereafter. Although I'm currently on week 2, my scale is already showing a small decrease in weight. From personal experience, overdoing any exercise that you're not used to will keep you sore for a much longer period of time. Then by waiting to start up again, no good has come from the overdone exercise. Remember, slow and steady is the way to go.
