    Item arrived as advertised and in good shape although I felt the shipping cost was excessive given that the part was extremely small and would have fit in a standard envelope. I was aware of the shipping cost up front so at least it wasn't a surprise to me. Overall I would use this seller again in the future.

    This item was described as a drive belt for my Samsung washing machine. I ordered it and paid $35.86 for the part, $10.00 shipping and $2.75 sales tax for a total of $48.61. I requested a return label and a refund as the part was not correct. This seller sent me a return label and charged $5.00 when the actual postage fee was $1.12. After the return the seller only refunded $35.01. It cost me $18.60 for the sellers mistake. RIPOFF!!

    How am I being asked to provide feedback on an item I haven't received yet? After not being given tracking info for one week, this item is delayed another week and I'm wishing that I sent the couple extra bucks to buy from Amazon instead. Issues like this is why Ebay is an outdated and failing platform.
