build a bench seat
1 of 1 found this helpful Because this kit is two plastic ends with some screws it seems to me the kit should cost between $15 to $25 bucks.
That being said, the finished product is quite sturdy and appears to be something that will last a long time.
Assembly is easy. 1) You buy 2x4s 2) cut them to desired size 3) screw them to the plastic ends and you are done!
I am glad I bought it, would buy another and recommend it.

eat right - live long
3 of 3 found this helpful easy read - everything you need to know about changing eating style to improve health and offset heat problems. I was dead-set against going to a "vegitariam style diet" until I read this book. Now, after 3 weeks on this eating plan, 1) I've lost 25 lbs. 2)I no longer need to take my diabetes pills 3) I no longer have sleep apnea and the need to use a respirator - which I had to use for the last 18 years 3) I feel a whole lot better.
Thank goodness for this book. When in doubt get it read it and also buy The China Study

Instructions to prevent dumb
Great product - but should include instuctions - I wasn't smart enough to realize that I only needed to cut ONE wire.
