Excellent design, poor execution
0 of 2 found this helpful I really love the look and feel of this mouse. It has that Steve Jobs minimalistic design. Being able to scroll in any direction is great. Having the extra button near the bottom enables me to display the desktop instantly.
Now for the bad. I bought this mouse to do some gaming. Using this mouse in Starcraft running on Mac OS 9.2 does work. I was able to use right clicking in the game which makes gameplay so much easier. One problem I experienced was glichy movement. If I move the mouse too fast on the track pad, the cursor just move a little in the opposite direction. This is completely unacceptable for gameplay. The funny thing is the mouse pad I use is a gray colored one with the text "Apple" on it. I'm pretty sure it is an offical Apple product. Another problem is with the cord. It is simply too short. Plugging this into the keyboard helps but this may not be an option for everyone. The last problem I noticed was the buttons don't always register when you click them. Sometimes you have to lift all your fingers off the mouse, then click to make it recognize a right or left click.
Overall I have to say I will avoid any mouse made by Apple in the future. This is the company that thought the hockey puck mouse was a good idea.

Poor radio reception
The sound is just ok. There is no way to increase the treble. The bass booster isn't too pleasant sounding to me.
The cassette player door is soft eject. That is nice to see. Fast forward and rewind stop when the end of the tape is reached. A very nice feature to have.
The remote control is tampon sized. It is very nice to have and makes using the unit very nice.
The CD player works fine. I didn't use it much so I don't have much to say about it.
The radio is what I hated. It would not receive my favorite radio station. Two other radios placed in the same position this radio was in were able to receive the station just fine. This is why I decided to return this stereo. The auto preset feature would preset frequencies that were not stations but what appeared to be two stations intersecting. It seems like older 90's era stereo equipment was better than what we have today :(

They don't make them like this anymore
This thing is a tank! It is big and can be a little loud at times. It is beautifully crafted and powerful. Even after all these years I decided to buy one recently. I run Mac OS 10.4 on it and plan on porting some open source games. If you do decide to buy it remember that it is very big and heavy. I would avoid leaving it on the floor because chairs can damage its wonderful finish.
It is very upgradeable. I only needed to upgrade the storage. A SSD will make this computer fly!
