Tells it like it is
This compact little unit not only gives you the indoor/outdoor temperature, but the indoor/outdoor humidity as well. So, when you get up in the morning you know what to put on the kids before you send them off to school. As an added protection since the sensor is on the weather side of the house, I put it in a lightweight ZipLoc bag for additional protection.

Quite fascinating
Though this book was published twenty years ago it still presents an exploration of life at the microscopic level that should prove fascinating for most of us. It is well written and relatively easy to understand considering the complexity of the subject. Just how do bacteria function with no brain or central nervous system? How to they interact with their environment, find food and even move? Do the physical principles of the world we experience function differently for them? Just a few questions to spark your curiosity. I found it so intriguingI have given several copies as gifts.
