Only complaint is plates were only wrapped in the shipping bag, no padding. So the first shipment the bottom 8 plates out of 50 were cracked. They promptly resent 10 to replace them, and they were wrapped in bubble wrap this time. However I think they should be in a box. Some shipping services don’t care and things get tossed and dropped!
