Capacitors with-in spec
I ordered 10 NOVER capacitors and tested them all. They all fell within 5% below the reported value. Which is really not that bad. The meter I am using is not a high quality - I am not sure what frequency was used but for the most part I gives me a good idea of the capacitor's quality. I included a photo. The first measurement of a single cap showed 9424uF with an ESR of .3 ohms
The 2nd was 2 caps in parallel measured at 18.97mF with an ESR of .31 ohms
I am very happy to say the least.
