Pain reduction with hypervolt
The hypervolt is very quiet. The various attachment are beneficial for pinpointing problem areas and relieving pain or working out hot spots in muscle tissue. I purchased mine used at a great price....with a case!

New to the Uke!!!!
The Cordoba concert 15CM is a very popular model for new uke players. Laminate mahogany top, bright sound, but high action as you go up the neck makes it harder to get a clean sound. Could use a saddle adjustment for lower action.

Great cardio workout.
Great info as a beginner to skipping rope. Helps to get the technique down before overdoing it, which can be very easy to do. Outlines types of ropes, footwear, jumping surfaces to train with and how to progress to jump rope tricks.
