great quality fixed blade knife
Bought to replace my original stanley knife which had been lost. The 199 design still as good as ever and the blade is held securely and never retracts under pressure like the retractable versions. Great for cutting materials that require heavy pressure as well as for general use. Spare blades can be stored in the handle and all Stanley pattern blades fir.. I always have it in my toolbox.

superior to original
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this product as a replacement for original VW part which had cracked and resulted in an MoT fail. This replacement seal is a solid ring of nitrile rubber which is far superior to the original in both material and design. It is very easy to fit and provides a tight seal and the cap is much easier to unlock it's fitted . Hopefully this will be a lot more resistant to petrol (being made of nitrile rubber) and last a lot longer than the original.
