Multi-use Tortilla Shell Bowl forms
All flour tortillas puff up no matter how you use these pans. They're best used by "sandwiching" two pans with the tortilla in between to cut down on the puffing. These are great for making little tortilla shells for small salads, tosdados, for dessert bowls or for salsa bowls.
