pretty decent
they don't stink like the foam pads I've used before that have then non pourus foam. these have a very pourus foam and dry out faster. i have to adjust the ends from time to time because the sweat bands shift but its mostly because of the design of the hard hat and how tight i wear it. it has reduced the stress of the hard hat when i have to wear it tight. that was the main reason i purchased them.

Not thick enough
I had a zagg glass protector before this one. The zagg was easier to line up and easier to peel back in order to remove dust particles while installing. This one did not have a tab from a celephane on top like the zagg which made it hard to peel back while removing dust. I bent the corner of the first one trying to peel it and put a permanent kink in it. The material is too thin to give any real protection. The three of these together were about as thick as the glass zagg protector I had. I had another plastic screen cover like this one before and after dropping the phone in gravel the screen got nicks in it right through the protector. It was my mistake purchasing this protector because I didn't make sure it was glass instead of plastic. At the very least it should of been made thicker. I still wouldn't trust it though because a soft plastic barrier will not protect from a sharp object the way a harder glass barrier will. The matt finish does make the picture a little grainy but I expected that having had an anti glare matt finish protector before. In order to get the anti glare pro you have to take the slightly grainy con. Just the way it is. The cut out around the camera is bigger than it has to be. The border lines up with the lenses but they could of just made small holes instead of one big stepped window that goes around all the lenses. The zagg was the same way but the window had a cleaner look instead of having a stepped cutout. The only reason I tried a different one was because I got the zagg with a mirror finish. The idea is that you can use it as a mirror when the screen is not lit but it causes too much glare in bright conditions. Do yourself a favor and get a glass protector and not a plastic one. Hope I can find one that has the matt finish and is glass somewhere.

Too big
Its too big and too heavy for a comfortable every day carry. This is the smallest of all the kershaw cqc line unfortunately.
