Remote is just a remote. This remote works well.
2 of 2 found this helpful Made for these TVs and work well. Only issue is battery cover which is entire back or bottom half slides off too easy. Recommend a small piece of tape when new batteries put in. Last long time so no worry as you will not need to change for years. So put as much as you need. I put one revolution of 3M electric tape around palm end and is not very noticable. And fixes issue. A blitz of rubber cement on slide grooves is good to as it does not get too hard and in couple years will pull off easy.
