Does NOT include base game.
0 of 2 found this helpful I was disapointed as I bought this with the expectation of it coming with the original game. You are basically buying a higher priced version of the Reformation expansion. Unless you're crazy about the kickstarter promos, just go for the regular version of the expansion.
