Not convinced product is authentic
Honestly not sure if this product is authentic. I’ve used for a long time, and this is different, more watered down. Possibly diluted solution? Not sure. Went back & looked at description, doesn’t say guaranteed authentic, do my bad I guess.

Measures Wrong Temp, Junk!
Was excited to get this after having an older model Exergen thermometer for many years. Terrible deal if product doesn’t work!!! Thermometer consistently measures temp too high & changes multiple times- one time measures 100.3, then 99.5 on same person. Clearly doesn’t work!!!!!
