They do a good job of whitening my teeth.
I use them every 6-9 months. I have used them for several years and have always been satisfied with the results.

DVD is just OK-not the best!
The DVD works fairly well, although the sound quality is poor and very difficult to hear, even with the volume turned up high. Also, I thought I was getting the colorized copy, not the black and white version that I received.
