Pen works, but....

Maybe mine had been in the casing too long....when it came in, the pen was stuck in the OEM case. Once I was finally able to remove it, the pen came apart. Initially, I put the blame on me. But it gets stuck every time I attempt to use the case, and breaks apart every time. I honestly stopped using it due to this.
