20 bags vs 40 bags
0 of 2 found this helpful 40 bags are weaker than bags in 20 bag size--about 1/2 flavor. Do not know if 40 bags which are not packaged individually in paper packets and are almost flavorless because they have less product or old stock. This is reason for poor review. Delivery was fine.
