excellent filter for the money, but you wont to check it all out before installing.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an excellent filter for the money. Here are a few things you should know about it. Because it is an inexpensive import, the build / assembly isn’t always consistent. I would recommend you take it apart, make sure everything is secure, before trying to operate. I have three of these, on worked perfectly out of the box, the second I had to disassemble the pump and put it back together because it wouldn’t turn, the third the nut on the top of the pump primer plunger was loose allowing water to flow into the top of the unit and get into the UV light. Each problem was an assembly problem. So check everything before use. If everything is good, you should have a long lasting filter. If you don’t want to deal with any of this, and you should be able to service the pump yourself when cleaning, then go by one of the expensive once for 4 times the price. You will still need to maintain them.

Best tuner stick Ive used yet!
This is the best tuner stick I've used yet. I find the frequency stability is very good once its warmed up. This was always a problem on previous versions Ive used. The drift would make them very irritating to use as a receiver. I bought two of this model and each of them is very stable after a 30 minute warm up period, and don't seem to change at all after that.
ATTENTION US buyers. This is not for use in the US for digital TV. This is an export tuner for use as a digital radio receiver, very commonly use for general coverage Ham Radio or short wave listening. When paired with programs like HDSDR, or incorporated into Ham radio for panoramic adapters, it becomes very clear the value in a small USB tuner card like this.
I highly recommend this unit for these purposes. I have installed the two I bought, one into a Yaesu FT897d and the other into a Icom IC746 to use as a pan adapter. They work great.

Not very dark
2 of 2 found this helpful Only average dark lenses, good quality, for the price. Deceiving ad on the "very dark lenses". Not even close to very dark. The picture is misleading.
