    When I ordered the HP monitor I thought is was model HP 24mh. It was not it was model HP M24h. This reseller went "beyond the call of duty" by forgiving me for my mistake and offering a refund for ,me to keep the HP monitor shipped. What a wonderful act on the reseller's part.
