Awful delivery process......
0 of 1 found this helpful Please don't get me wrong the product it's very good,,I have no problem about that whatsoever the big issue to me it's the delivery process...........there was a old lady at may house waiting for this delivery,,,understand that this is a huge box and my mother in law ask the delivery people to put that box at the back of the house which it's probably about 50 ' walking distance,,,they refused to do it and my mother in law has to be the rest of the day at the front door guarding this box,,,,,,,,,,I understand there's probably protocols to follow but whe are talking about and OLD LADY!!! Guy's anyway I just want to mention this because it's definitely not right.......thank you for your time.
