Dry, not wax at all! DO NOT BUY!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used Nad's wax strips for years! I love what they do and their convenience to wax and toss the strip. THIS PRODUCT IS OLD! There is no way these are new boxes of strips. They are hard and dry with no sticky and wax is all on one side of the strip, hard. All 6 boxes are the same! DO NOT BUY! I have bought this product new at the pharmacy before and they have stayed fresh and sticky for months with no issues.
