Great knives!
I purchased these steak knives to replace a set of Henkel steak knives that were horrible. I added these to a set of Miracle Blade knives that I've had for 15 years. The old ones are still just as sharp and functional as these brand new ones. I have used many different types of knives, but keep coming back to the Miracle Blade knives in my drawer. I recommend these over any other much more expensive steak knives. They cut through any meat with ease.
