Seniors benefit from a multi mineral supplement!
I love the Solaray products. This multi-mineral is 4 caps to the dose, but I generally take two at night at bedtime. Keeps me mineralized at age 74! Important for seniors.

Effective Antioxidant Healing Supplement--Vit E w Selenium
Selenium augments Vitamin E so it's really nice to find this combo--esp in gel form, and by Solaray--an excellent manufacturer of quality supplements. Very appreciative--thanks!
