Love these and they are the ideal snack for someone wanting to reduce their sugar.
5g of sugars per bar and only 200 calories plus a load of protein. Compare the to any kind of chocolate bar which they are just as satisfying as and you’ll be amazed.
I’ve managed to use one of these a day as a snack/that and still lose weight consistently. Check out the nutritional information of any conventional so m chocolate bar and you’ll be shocked in comparison - not so much the calories, just the sugar content. Is the sugar that’s killing us all!
