Nice but I need to find a better mouse
2 of 2 found this helpful These are great mice for 2 reasons: they are small and fit in hand nicely; they have a side button on left which functions as a back button when in browsers or file menus. The 2 negatives: the wheel is covered in rubber which degrades around the 1 yr mark. It's sticky and the old rubber bits break apart basically ruining the mouse. Microsoft will replace it for free within 1 yr. The other option is to cut the rubber off before it degrades. Also the transmitter isn't that strong so you lose control if the batter is weak or you hold the mouse an arm length away from laptop. I've gone through 5 mice in 5 yrs so it's high time I find another.
