    Seller had item listed as new B&S part 271716. However, as the picture shows, it is a replacement(knockoff). I purchased an actual part, and put it side by side with the one from seller, and it is visibly different. I asked seller twice if it was a B&S part or cheap replacement and he would not respond. Seller should list his items as replacement parts for Briggs & Stratton.

    You Sir are breaking our US Laws.. You abused the part so it failed. That simple. Then against US Law you shipped a gasoline soaked seal by USPS. Package refused. You are blocked from our store.

Gets the job done
Original got broken during cleaning. Nice thing about this part is it fits exactly to the spindle! Too my refrigerator does not make near as much noise as it used. Maybe that alone is a good reason to get a new fan!

Essential equipment for any media creation studio.
It can double as either a mic holder for a desk setup, or a video cam holder for other use. These are just a couple of uses I have found so far. It will probably help out on some of my stills work as a lamp holder as well. It's most benefit is the ability to flex into scenes where a goose-neck is not firm enough to stay put.
