Great Product For Help Sleeping
My Naturopath recommended this product for sleep. I was waking up almost panicky after ~ 4 hrs and taking this really helped! If I wake up before 3 a.m. I take 2 more..if taken after 4, I felt a little groggy in the morning : )

Great Light, Great Value!
I finally convinced my husband to throw away the 20 year old LED light that I inherited from my Grandmother - it got insanely hot and the bulb kept going off and on! He loves his new light, it's super adjustable, super bright and stays cool to the touch. So cheap too, I can't believe we waited so long! He uses it to spotlight his fishing gear on the desk : )
