Didn't perform like a "new" battery.
I purchased this battery at the end of February and received it the first part of March. In less than a months time the battery is already not holding a charge. After several attempts at charging the battery overnight, the battery is discharging in a matter of a couple of hours with the phone either being used briefly for texting otherwise the phone is idle. I asked for an exchange or refund and was refused because I was a matter of a few days out of the 30 day return window. Regardless, if this was a "new" battery which it is advertised as being, it should be showing fully charged and holding that charge as well.
Not the best customer service/return/refund policy.

Ok, but battery life is terrible.
2 of 4 found this helpful Phone works fine as far as taking pics, wifi, texting, making calls, etc., but the biggest draw back is the battery life. It is terrible. The battery life is the worst of any phone I have ever owned. For being a Samsung Galaxy I would of expected better. The battery was also rated quite high by Samsung but that rating was deceiving as the battery depletes quickly. With very little use or even sitting idle, you can watch the percentage on the battery deplete. By mid day you will need to charge your phone. And it's not just the one I have, apparently this is an issue with many who have this phone. So reviews and ratings aren't always what they're cracked up to be, sometimes you just have to find out for yourself and unfortunately I have a phone I'm not totally happy with. I would not purchase this phone again....all because of the battery life. Of course, no battery....no phone.
