    Seller described as “Pre owned - Like New - Never been used” This is a blatant lie. The item is heavilly damaged, will not function, and has clear signs of significant use. Deceptive listings like this are destroying eBay's credibility. I wanted a running engine for a specific use, an event next week. Due to this cheating seller, now I don't have time to find a replacement.
