The jelly things that go in your shoes I didn't put them in right so it hurt my foot really worse than it was already already but then when I turned them around and helped quite a bit so I do recommend this product

Bad buy
It will not keep time. It is cute and great if you need a huge face watch but you can not change the the battery and when you do it still won't keep time this was a very bad by I do not recommend this to anyone
