No issues with the A23 battery-garage remote works again
Shipped quick, no issues.
Fresh A23 batteries in the garage remote made it work fine again. You can tell when they run out after about 2 years in the remote because you have to drive up close before the garage opens. Now with new batteries, I can open the garage from the street-side.

A nice, durable, easy-to-use spin mop.
I had one of the earlier spin-mop designs - the one where you had to push a foot lever to spin the mop. But after awhile, the plastic gearing it used would break. I looked for another. Saw the big, "sturdier" brand-name at the home improvement stores, but it was double the price and I really wondered if there was a better design.
This spin mop is great. It uses a plunging motion of the mop handle when unlocked to spin the mop in the bucket. The bucket has two spin areas - one at the bottom so you can mix the water and soap, one at the top where you spin the water out. Very nice and it's quick and easy to mix sanitizer into fresh water and spin out dirty water using both spin areas.
The entire thing is lightweight, so no problems for the elderly. The spinning of the mop to take water out is very easy as well - just plunge down a few times and it's wrung out quick. Box it came in was small because you have to assemble the mop handle, but that's easy to do and takes just a minute to twist lock everything together.
Been using it every other day for a few weeks and it's been reliable with nothing breaking or odd happening mopping the garage.
