Great product, easy to use!
We really love Bissell products, this is our second one because the cord shorted out at motor. Not the fault of Bissell, because we literally use this sweeper all the time. The kids and grandkids like to 'help' so the cord gets pulled on quite a bit. We recommend this to everyone that has pets. Easy to use, great suction and versatility.
Our previous one lasted two years with extreme heavy use, this time we are being more careful with cord but would not hesitate in purchasing again if needed.
