great book good ideas
Great book lots of info.... it is not a how to guide

I will single handedly give every one of my family members the diabetes by feeding them nothing but Clair's sweet treats.
This is a Great book full of useful info on baking. Clair is a Beautiful Genius we do not deserve her perfect soul. I intend on gaining about 600 lbs by eating my way through every single one of these recipes.
