Excellent product
2 of 2 found this helpful Im from Jamaica W.I. I did some research on this product before I decided to give it a try. The shipping time is excellent. I started off lightly with one scoop a day an hour before workout. I felt the energy whilst warming up on my 3rd day of taking the kids . I did 30mins more than usual. On my 7th day my bench press improved from 290 to 325. After week 3 I gained 10.6 lbs of muscle mass. I am on my cycle now but I can't wait to get back on the product. I'm not ur if it's the best as what might work for me may not work for you but I can say it's an excellent product.
