Time saver
This puller tool is great quality and makes the task of removing stubborn wiper arms a doddle.
So pleased I got it.

simple to use
I had the oil and filter changed in February, but they didn't reset the reminders so I thought I'd try to do it myself. I have a Rover 75 Connoisseur and already knew the timings for resetting things, but I didn't want to do it wrong.
Anyway the reset tool arrived and I went out to try it. 5 seconds for the oil indicator reset.
Didn't work.
But, playing around with it I noticed that the button clicks when it is depressed fully. So I tried it again, this time making sure I pressed the button in till it clicked.
Hey Presto! oil change indicator now showed 15,000 miles to the next change.
Did it again for 25 seconds and the inspection indicator was reset, followed by another 25 seconds to start the clock (countdown to next change).
I think the paper that comes with it should tell people to make sure they depress the button till it clicks, but apart from that I found this a really handy little tool.
Big thumbs up.

New radiator
I have a rover 75 Connoisseur 1.8 manual petrol. I was jacking up the front to put it on axle stands, the jack slipped and put a very nasty dent in the bottom of my radiator. Coolant everywhere. Disaster. A local garage wanted £364 to sort it out which I felt was way too much so I decided to change it myself. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery of the new radiator, and when the time came I found it easy to install. all the pipes and holes were where they needed to be. There was nothing extra added to it nor anything missing from the original design.
I had never done a job as big as this on any car so it was a massive learning curve. And yes, I made novice errors putting it all back together again. But the radiator is in, it's refilled with coolant and it is all working very well. (No leaks! thumbs up)
Thank you very much.
Adrian,
Sheffield.
