Exelent Buying Experience.
I was concerned when I didn't see a shipping number right away but when I called in I was told that they were testing the board (s) to make sure I did not have a problem. That was great news. When I got the board and put it into the laptop I could not get it to turn on. I called in and was transferred to a tech who explained that for that board the keyboard had to be attached before it would post. I attached the keyboard and he was absolutely correct. The board works perfectly.
