OK for something so old
Rewind is not very strong at the end of a tape. Rubber parts probably need cleaning, but can't figure out how to get inside to clean and restore them. But it's cheap, so workable.

Good old fashioned film cement.
It's good old fashioned film cement - much cheaper than splicing tapes. Works in 15 seconds. Just wish the bottle was the old fashioned bottom-heavy square or round. It's too easy to tip over...and when you do you need hazmat ventilation!
