TEW-687GA has Moxy

The acquistion of the TEW-687GA was the second model of this series of performance wireless access points. I did acquire this accesspoint for gaming but to connect a remote DvD to my network to recieve streaming video. Since I have had one of these models I can report that it preforms well with higher through-put than some of the more modern and more expensive access points including the mesh designs that require multiple units. The highest rated recorded speed has been 250 Mbps. The only drawback is the single port on the unit if a user desires more ports then a unmanaged or managed switch is needed. Setup is done from the browser either with the trendnet name or default IP address. I recommend this product for those seeking a reliable wireless access point.

I acquired these sleeves for my students whom I gave a CD at the end of each term that houses all the reports, tests, and extra papers so they have a record of of the class they just completed. The sleeves are paper an cellophane which will not harm the media held. Also, you can write on the sleeve. I recommend this product to anyone using CD/DVD media.

Needed Ribbon Cable Works

Reason this 20-pin ribbon cable was acuired was to provide external hard drive connectivity to a 25 year old computer. The ribbon cable works and is well made. Only drawback is the manufacturer was in China and not here in the US.
