Piece of garbage! Torn foam and missing parts!

Beware! This product literally looks used! 3 out of 4 of the kayak holders have ripped foam in several places. The bag of parts was torn open and parts were laying all throughout the box. Missing 4 bolts and washers. I will never buy this again!!! Zero quality control! Waste of $$$.
