A Much Needed Friend
Motivated by events in my life, I made the decision to embark upon a very aggressive training and conditioning program:
One Hour everyday without a resting day for ONE FULL YEAR.
Critical to this aggressive training and conditioning program were the purchase of ten pounds kettlebells.

Probiotics Are Essential
I have known about American Health Probiotic Five Billion Chewable Tablets since the Nineties when I spent a decade working in the Health Food Industry. I purchased the Probiotic Five Billion Chewable Tablets for my fiance who was having issues with her Gut Flora. She has started taking my recommended dosages for the last five days now and she reports feeling more energetic and less bloated.
