Big, bold, and masculine!
1 of 1 found this helpful I own several Invicta watches and the Coalition Forces series watch is definitely an awesome addition to my collection. First off, this thing is huge and heavy. There's something about the weight that let's you feel the quality. Solid stainless steel, everywhere. What more do you need to say? And the abalone face... The pictures of this watch don't do it justice. The color is incredible. I get compliments on this watch everywhere I go. Now I will say that it is a little difficult to actually see the hands in certain light because of the shifting and changing reflections of the watch face as the watch is moved around. The abalone shimmers and reflects like a chameleon and is really amazing looking. Personally, I feel Invicta should have made the watch hands in a high contrasting color, such as red, in order to make them more visible over the abalone. At night when the luminous coating kicks in, the hands can be clearly seen. As far as the quality of the band, it is solid and locks securely. The clasp mechanism is not quite as good as their Corduba series watches, but the band is still of fairly good quality and is comfortable on the wrist. The micro-adjustments are a good feature to really fine tune the fit on any wrist size. If you have small wrists or are a "metro" type of guy, you don't need this watch. This watch is a big, bold, military-inspired watch that says "I can use this watch as a hammer to smash your head in". This is a watch for real men that have a take-no-prisoners attitude and it projects old-fashioned masculinity.

I could chalk this up to me just receiving a bad unit, but I experienced similar problems with other red dot sights of this particular brand. These problems included loose lenses (yes, they actually moved around loose in the housing), failure to hold zero, and crappy life span before becoming paper-weights. Typical Chinese junk. I have decided to bite the bullet and just spend the money for a real AImpoint micro. If they're good enough for our troops downrange, they're more than good enough for me.

Excellent quality product.
These door panels are very sturdy and do not flex or rattle once installed. They are formed from a single piece of aluminum, with no needed secondary brackets. They even come with a nice rubber edge trim moulding that gives the doors a neat finished look. The fit was perfect, however there is a gap at the back of the door (on the hinge side of the door, where the panel would close tight against the car, it doesn't.) This gap is about an inch wide, but I believe that it was actually designed this way because it matches the gap in the factory door panel above it when installed. It is really no big deal, and the door still seals up the cab very well. The doors close solid and are rigid with zero flex. The only problem I found while installing these panels was that the supplied washers are a bit too large in diameter to use in all of the bolt locations. In two of the bolt locations, you will have to trim the washers, or simply get smaller washers. The door panel angle does not allow the large washer to slide back far enough toward the panel to get the bolt through the hole. No big deal, like I said. Either trim the washers, or go to your local hardware store and get some smaller ones. I trimmed mine easily with a tin snip.
