Good but not durable

So, the rumors are true. I have my MUS 4.3 about 3 years ago. I use it on my BMW x3 because it’s seldom use. It was working fine then one day, I try to use it again but the charger won’t power on. Ctek website doesn’t say much about their warranty or repair. I am currently using the Noco Genius 3500 to charge my BMW. The Noco was about bought the same time I got my Ctek.
