Puts me to sleep
I take this when I have restless nights fund it soothing and helps me to sleep.

I don't like it
WEAK... My 6 year old honestly gives a deeper massage that coupled with its size being so small no good. Also back plastic pretty scratched up.

Don't stick well
These don't stick to fridge well my son would try and play with these they just fall off
