Great quality
Good headset, but be careful when you're updating the firmware. The refurbrished Arctis 7 does not come with the original usb cable, so when updating it may disconnect and seemingly brick your headset. I ended up having to do a factory reset on the headset so it would turn on and work again. Other than that, no complaints
