Tales of the Kingdom
0 of 1 found this helpful Tales of the Kingdom is a wonderful sellection of stories. The Enchanted City is quite like the idea of what hell might be like, with the Enchanter being a devilish uncaring being who puts people to fire with brandings for punishments and identification.
Two orphan's escape the Enchanted City, after their mother dies. They go in search of The Kingdom because of hearing stories from their mother. The Kingdom is very much a heavenly place where people belong to each other, no one is alone. People in the kingdom have two appearances: one if what they look like on the outside=normal and the other being how they appear on the inside= beautiful.
The king is a Christ like person who lvoes and cares for all people. He helps them understand, with all the other leaders and caregivers, that mistakes happen, but mistakes don't rule who the eople are.
The Tales of the Kingdom is a wonderful book of analogies aobut living in a world with God.'s love.
