First disappointment by Targus

I've purchased Targus products many times before. This is the first problem I've encountered where the left clicker stopped working after a month of usage.

Unsealed and malfunction

I purchased the product as a gift for a relative. The price is reasonable and the shipping ETA is accurate. However, the plastic on the bottom of the bottle was unsealed. I'm not sure if it was re-sealed before it was shipped. The relative who received the gift notified me that the presser wasn't releasing enough liquid on each press. He said that he had to press hard in order for it to work. Both the unsealed box and the presser malfunction make me question the authenticity of the product.

Inaccurate Delivery Estimate

I purchased this book not for the price, but for the delivery estimate. The book is in excellent condition, but its ETA was way off. Our class ended up starting the book without me having a copy to keep up. It offered free shipping and an "accurate" estimate. With that being said, it was 4 days late.
