Programming the fob
I was able to program this fob with a Dorman key fob programmer. Works great.

Be patient with the setup process...
7 of 7 found this helpful Comcast has a lot of confusion about this modem. Took several phone calls to their tech folks to get someone who could make it work and provision correctly. It is a must to tell them that it is a SB8200 - even though the model stated is CM8200A. Eventually comcast sorts it out and gets it working correctly. Have a lot of patience and keep calling them until you get someone who knows something.

Nice label maker
Works like a new machine. I like the way the tape comes on the cartridge so the tape width can be changed easily by simply putting in a cartridge with wider or more narrow tape. Also, the tape is inexpensive and made by 3rd parties.
