I Highly recommend this drum throne for anyone who spends a lot of time behind a drum set or who has lower back pain.

Although there are many drum thrones out there in many various price packages (and believe me I have tried them all) nothing on the market beats the Roc-N-Soc nitro stand for comfort and durability.
Depending on the mood, I constantly adjust my sitting height from 22" to 25". The ability to adjust height with a flick of a lever is worth the investment alone.
